Brief Introduction
The radiator fan does a very important job for the switching power supply. However, engine cooling fan noise and vibration problem degrade switching frequency and harmonics.
Our Solution
Based on our analysis, we found several solutions to the problem. We make a great improvement on the working of the fan blade, thus reducing the vibration problem. And the noise is also dropped by the centrifugation generated on the redesigned bottom blade and a small blade that stops dust access. Our sealed bearings structure and lubricating oil that is hard to volatilize contribute to prolonging the life cycle of a cooling fan.
